发挥地缘优势讲好城市故事——以辽宁影视业为例

摘　　要：辽宁影视业的发展取得了一定的成绩,但在物质层面、精神层面和制度层面仍面临一些困境。得天独厚的地理、历史条件,良好的影视业发展基础,众多的影视名家是辽宁影视业发展的优势。政府相关部门可以采取一系列措施,发挥辽宁地缘优势,优化影视艺术的表达策略:首先,丰富影视创作内容,讲好辽宁故事;其次,把标志性景观及特殊的地理、历史植入影视作品,塑造辽宁形象;再次,以非物质文化遗产等丰富影视作品的文化内涵,传播辽宁文化;最后,以影视业带动相关产业发展,发展辽宁经济。这些措施对于提升辽宁的文化软实力及影响力具有重大意义。With its geographical and historical advantages and so many industrial talents,Liaoning film and television industry still faces challenges.Therefore,some measures should be taken.First of all,the content should be enriched.Secondly,unique landscape and geographical history should be taken into the film and television works.Third,intangible cultural heritage should be used to show Liaoning's cultural connotation.Finally,the film-related industries should be promoted at the same time.
