加氢裂化装置轻石脑油质量不合格分析及对策

摘　　要：轻石脑油(LN)是炼油工业中的重要产品之一,也是一种多用途的宝贵资源。中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司芳烃厂1#加氢裂化联合装置100单元和900单元所生产的轻石脑油可供1000#制氢装置作原料,也可送贮运厂供乙烯裂解,或送至5000#(贮运车间V-5008球罐),经贮运车间转付炼油厂调和汽油。针对1#加氢裂化900单元轻石脑油产品质量经常出现不合格问题进行分析,寻找引起轻石脑油有碱问题和C4及以下烷烃组分超高问题的原因,并采取了一系列调整措施,初步解决了900单元轻石脑油产品质量不合格问题。Light Naphtha(LN)is one of the important products in the refining industry and a valuable resource with multiple uses.The light naphtha produced by the 100 and 900 units of the 1#hydrocracking unit in the aromatics plant of SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co.Ltd.can be used as raw material for the 1000#hydrogen production unit,or can be sent to the storage and transportation plant for ethylene cracking,or to the 5000#(V-5008 spherical tank in the storage and transportation workshop)for transfer to the refinery for blending gasoline.An analysis was conducted on the frequent quality issues of light naphtha products in Unit 900 of 1#hydrocracking,aiming to identify the causes of alkali problems in light naphtha and the high content of C4 and below alkane components.A series of adjustment measures were taken to preliminarily solve the quality problems of light naphtha products in Unit 900.
