摘 要:通过激光三维扫描技术对武山铜矿半自磨机某批次试验衬板进行扫描,利用软件处理采集的双面点云数据,生成三维重构模型及磨损色谱,分析不同类型衬板磨损规律的差异。结果表明:宽格子板和长格子板的磨损主要集中在一端,二者弧面交界区域格筛磨损比其他位置严重;3 种进料端衬板里面衬二磨损最严重、衬一磨损最不均匀;增设横向加强肋的筒体衬板有效消除了开裂现象,使用效果优于其他衬板。根据每种衬板的磨损特点对其进行了相应的结构优化设计,为磨损最严重的宽格子板、长格子板和衬二增加了提升条高度以及部分格筛厚度,将衬一的提升条由平面形状改成左低右高形状,并对每种衬板的螺栓孔位置进行加筋强化处理。A batch of test liners of SAG mill in Wushan Copper Mine were scanned by the laser 3D scanning technology.The collected double-sided point cloud data were processed by the software to generate 3D reconstruction model and wear chromatographies and the differences of wear laws of different types of liners were analyzed.The results showed that the wears of the wide lattice plate and the long lattice plate were mainly concentrated at one end,and the wear of the lattice sieve at the junction of the arc surfaces of the two were more serious than that at other positions.The liner two of the three feed end liners had the most serious wear and the liner one had the most uneven wear.The shell liner with additional transverse reinforcing ribs effectively eliminated the cracking phenomenon,and the use effect was better than other liners.According to the wear characteristics of each liner,the corresponding structural optimization design was carried out.The height of the lifting bsrs of the wide lattice plate,the long lattice plate and the liner two and the thickness of some lattice sieves were increased.The lifting bsrs of the liner one were changed from the plane shape to the left low and right high shape,and the bolt hole position of each liner was reinforced and strengthened.
