摘 要:研究了矿用磨机永磁同步电动机控制系统在应用中的问题,探讨了永磁同步电动机的原理结构及电动机性能分析,并基于贵州锦麟球磨机项目,形成了永磁同步电动机主传动系统和低压控制系统的设计和施工方案。对中大型磨机应用永磁同步电动机控制方案提供了设计依据和理论支撑,对基于永磁电动机传动形式下的磨机运行稳定性、可靠性具有重要意义。The problems in the application of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system of mine mills were studied.The principle structure and the motor performance analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor were discussed.Then,based on the ball mill project in Guizhou Jinlin,the design and the construction scheme of the main drive system and the low voltage control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor were formed.It provided the design basis and theoretical support for the application of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control scheme in medium and large mills,and was of great significance to the stability and reliability of mill operation based on the permanent magnet motor drive.
