摘 要:针对武山铜矿选铜尾矿中粗粒级铜损失严重、制约铜回收率提高的问题,对铜尾矿开展了相关试验研究。化学多元素分析和物相分析研究结果表明,选铜尾矿中铜品位为0.15%,硫品位为12.70%,铜主要以原生硫化铜的形式存在;X射线衍射分析结果表明,铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,与石英、方解石、黏土矿物等脉石矿物共伴生;解离度测定结果显示,+0.098 mm和-0.045+0.025 mm这两个粒级的铜分布率较高,且多为难矿化、易脱落的贫连生体。浮选试验结果表明,在抑制剂BK-506用量为10 g/t、捕收剂BK-305用量为5 g/t、起泡剂BK-204用量为5 g/t时,可获得Cu品位约0.4%、回收率为28%以上的铜粗精矿;工业试验结果表明,选用HIF-130型浮选机对粗颗粒铜尾矿进行选择性回收,选厂铜回收率由88.17%提高至89.30%,提高1.13个百分点,实现了尾矿中粗粒铜矿物的有效回收。In view of the serious loss of coarse-grained copper in the copper tailings of Wushan Copper Mine,which restricted the improvement of copper recovery rate,the relevant experimental research on copper tailings was carried out.The results of the chemical multi-element analysis and phase analysis showed that the copper grade was 0.15%,the sulfur grade was 12.70%,and the copper mainly existed in the form of primary copper sulfide in the copper tailings.In addition,the results of X-ray diffraction analysis showed that copper minerals were mainly chalcopyrite,associated with gangue minerals such as quartz,calcite and clay minerals.The results of liberation degree measurement showed that the copper distribution rates of+0.098 mm and-0.045+0.025 mm were higher,and most of them were poor connate bodies which were difficult to be mineralized and easy to fall off.At the same time,the flotation experiment results showed that the copper rough concentrate with Cu grade of about 0.4%and Cu recovery of more than 28%could be obtained when the dosage of inhibitor BK-506 was 10 g/t,the dosage of collector BK-305 was 5 g/t and the dosage of foaming agent BK-204 was 5 g/t.The industrial experiment results showed that the HIF-130 flotation machine was used to selectively recycle the coarse-grained copper tailings,so the copper recovery rate of the plant was increased from 88.17%to 89.30%,an increase of 1.13 percentage points,and the effective recovery of coarse-grained copper minerals in the tailings was realized.
