六字诀对脑卒中病人康复效果的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价六字诀对脑卒中病人的康复效果。方法:计算机检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL Complete,检索时限均为建库至2023年8月1日。采用Cochrane 5.1.0协作网推荐的系统评价手册评价文献质量,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果:共纳入9项研究,682例病人。结果显示,与对照组相比,干预组的六字诀能提高脑卒中病人的第1秒用力呼气容积[MD=0.50,95%CI(0.13,0.88),P<0.001]、用力肺活量[MD=0.43,95%CI(0.24,0.61),P<0.001]、呼气流速峰值[MD=5.14,95%CI(2.08,8.21),P<0.001]、最大吸气压[MD=8.78,95%CI(5.04,12.52),P<0.001]、最大呼气压[MD=10.85,95%CI(4.77,16.94),P<0.001]、日常生活活动能力[MD=6.33,95%CI(4.21,8.46),P<0.001]、生活质量[MD=50.14,95%CI(21.52,78.76),P<0.001]。结论:六字诀能有效改善脑卒中病人的肺功能和日常生活活动能力,提升病人的生活质量,但该结论仍需多中心、大样本、高质量随机对照试验进行论证。Objective:To systematically evaluate the rehabilitation effect of Liuzijue on stroke patients.Methods:A computer retrieval was conducted in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP Database,CBM,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science and CINAHL Complete,the retrieval times from inception to August 1st,2023.The included articles were evaluated according to the Cochrane manual 5.1.0 quality evaluation criteria,and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 statistical software.Results:A total of 9 studies involving 682 patients were included.The results showed that Liuzijue co uld improve FEV 1[MD=0.50,95%CI(0.13,0.88),P<0.001],FVC[MD=0.43,95%CI(0.24,0.61),P<0.001],PEF[MD=5.14,95%CI(2.08,8.21),P<0.001],MIP[MD=8.78,95%CI(5.04,12.52),P<0.001],MEP[MD=10.85,95%CI(4.77,16.94),P<0.001],activities of daily living[MD=6.33,95%CI(4.21,8.46),P<0.001],quality of life[MD=50.14,95%CI(21.52,78.76),P<0.001].Conclusions:Liuzijue can improve the pulmonary function,activities of daily living,quality of life of stroke patients,but this conclusion still needs to be verified by larger sample and more randomized controlled trials with higher quality.
