摘 要:为探究不同药包结构爆破效应,采用数值模拟手段建立不同装药结构模型,分析爆破过程裂岩石隙扩展及其应力分布。结果表明:在两种不同药包结构爆破中,由于切缝药包聚能效应,使爆破应力对炮孔壁做功最大的是切缝药包爆破的切缝方向,其次为普通爆破,最小为切缝药包爆破的非切缝方向。根据岩石裂隙扩展图,切缝药包爆破先于普通药包爆破形成贯通裂隙,普通药包爆破岩石裂隙分布由炮孔中心向四周近似均匀延伸,而切缝药包爆破岩石裂缝破坏最明显的是切缝方向。在模型贯通裂隙形成前,切缝药包爆破应力大于普通药包爆破,裂隙贯通后,形成有效卸压通道,普通药包爆破应力高于切缝药包。In order to explore the blasting effect of different charge structures,different charge structure models are established by numerical simulation,and the crack propagation and stress distribution of fractured rock during blast-ing are analyzed.The results show that in the blasting of two different cartridge structures,due to the energy-gathering effect of the slotted cartridge,the largest force of blasting stress on the blast hole wall is at the slotted di-rection of slotted cartridge blasting,followed by ordinary blasting,and the smallest force is at the non-slotted direc-tion of slotted cartridge blasting.According to the rock fracture propagation diagram,slotted cartridge blasting is prior to ordinary cartridge blasting,forming a penetrating fracture,and the rock fracture distribution in ordinary car-tridge blasting extends approximately evenly from the center of the blast hole to surrounding areas,and the most ob-vious damage of the rock fracture in slotted cartridge blasting is at the slotted direction.Before the formation of the penetrating fracture of the model,the blasting stress of the slotted cartridge is greater than that of the ordinary car-tridge.After the fracture is penetrated,an effective pressure relief channel is formed,and the blasting stress of the or-dinary cartridge is higher than that of the slotted cartridge.
