摘  要:为提高拜耳法赤泥的利用率和附加值,对比研究了不同物化特性的赤泥A和赤泥B对拜耳法赤泥-水泥复合砂浆流动度、力学强度及微结构的影响规律。研究结果表明:赤泥A的最佳掺量为10%,赤泥B的最佳掺量为20%,此时配制的拜耳法赤泥-水泥复合砂浆的力学性能可到达P·O 42.5级水泥标准要求。另外,与赤泥A相比,赤泥B的掺入可赋予复合砂浆具有更高的力学性能,这主要是因为一方面赤泥B的颗粒尺寸较为细小,有助于填充砂浆微孔,提高水泥石密实性,另一方面赤泥B含有更多的Na_(2)O、K_(2)O等游离碱,碱激发作用更为明显,可加快浆体中活性矿物的水化所导致的。In order to improve the utilization rate of Bayer process red mud and added value,it compared different physical and chemi-cal properties of red mud A and red mud B of Bayer process red mud and cement composite mortar fluidity,mechanical strength,and the influence law of microstructure.The research results show that the optimum content of red mud A is 10%,the optimum content of red mud B is 20%,the preparation of Bayer process red mud-mechanical properties of composite cement mortar can be reached P·O 42.5 cement standard strength requirements.In addition,compared with red mud A,the mixed red mud B gives composite mortar has higher mechanical properties,this is mainly because on the one hand,the particle size is relatively small,red mud B help filling slurry pores,improve the den-sity of cement stone,on the other hand,red mud B contains more Na_(2)O、K_(2)O such as free alkali,alkaline excitation effect is more apparent,can accelerate active mineral slurry of hydration.
