摘　　要：目的:翻译简易版病人迁移应激量表(RSSs⁃SF),并检验其信效度。方法:根据Brislin原则对英文版RSSs⁃SF进行翻译、回译、跨文化调试和预调查,形成中文版RSSs⁃SF。选取十堰市3所三级甲等医院重症医学科入住的220例病人进行调查,检验量表信效度。结果:中文版RSSs⁃SF包括3个维度、10个条目。量表总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.867,各维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.833~0.876;Guttman折半系数为0.729,各维度Guttman折半系数为0.750~0.844;重测信度为0.906。量表水平的内容效度指数(S⁃CVI)为0.933,条目水平的内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.833~1.000。探索性因子分析提取了3个公因子,累积方差贡献率达74.686%。验证性因子分析所有条目标准化路径系数均在可接受范围。结论:中文版RSSs⁃SF具有较好的信度和效度,可作为国内科室转换病人迁移应激的评估工具。Objective:To translate the Relocation Stress Syndrome Scale⁃Short Form(RSSs⁃SF)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The English version of RSSs⁃SF was translated,back⁃translated according to the Brislin model,and the Chinese version of RSSs⁃SF was formed after cultural adaptation and pre⁃surveyed.A total of 220 patients who admitted to the department of ICU in 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Shiyan city were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of RSSs⁃SF included 3 dimensions and 10 items.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.867,and the Cronbach′sαcoefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.833 to 0.876.The Guttman split⁃half coefficient of the total scale was 0.729,and the Guttman split⁃half coefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.750 to 0.844.The test⁃retest reliability was 0.906.The scale⁃level content validity index(S⁃CVI)was 0.933.The item⁃level content validity index(I⁃CVI)ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 74.686%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis show that the three⁃factor model was well⁃fitted.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the RSSs⁃SF has good reliability and validity,and it can be used as an assessment tool for relocation stress in domestic department conversion patients in China.
