摘　　要：目的:翻译病人参与量表(Patient Participation Scale,PPS),并检验其信效度。方法:遵循Brislin翻译模式对PPS进行直译、回译以及文化调适、预调查,形成中文版PPS。选取2023年3月—4月在天津市某三级甲等医院门诊就诊或住院病人进行调查,检验其信效度。结果:中文版PPS包括4个维度,共21个条目。量表总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.851,总体重测信度为0.731,总体折半信度为0.690。条目水平的内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.857~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(S⁃CVI)为0.904。探索性因子分析共提取出4个因子,累计方差贡献率为67.788%。结论:中文版PPS信效度良好,可以用于评估病人参与程度。Objective:To translate the Patient Participation Scale(PPS)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The scale was translated according to the Brislin translation model,and the Chinese version of PPS was developed through translated,back translation,expert consultation and pre⁃investigated.A survey was conducted among the outpatient patients or inpatients in a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin from March to April 2023,and test the reliability and validity of the scale,Results:The Chinese version of PPS included 4 dimensions and 21 items.The overall Cronbach′sαcoefficient was 0.851,the retest reliability was 0.731,and the half reliability was 0.690.The item⁃level content validity index(I⁃CVI)ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.The scale⁃content validity index(S⁃CVI)was 0.904.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 67.788%.Conclusion:The Chinese version of PPS has good reliability and validity,and it can be used to evaluate the degree of patient participation.
