摘　　要：目的:翻译护理人员与失智病人沟通行为量表(Communication Behavior Scale for Nurses Caring for People with Dementia,CBS⁃D),评价其在养老护理员中的信效度。方法:采用Brislin模式进行直译、回译、文化调试形成中文版CBS⁃D,采用便利抽样法选取养老机构206名养老护理员作为调查对象,评价量表信效度。结果:中文版CBS⁃D包括4个维度,共18个条目。量表平均内容效度指数(S⁃CVI/Ave)为0.96,条目水平的内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.80~1.00。验证性因子分析提示修正后模型各项拟合指数均达标。量表总Cronbach′sα系数为0.904,各维度的Cronbach′sα系数为0.841~0.861,重测信度为0.900,折半信度为0.760。结论:中文版CBS⁃D具有良好的信效度,可作为养老护理员与失智病人沟通行为的测评工具。Objective:To translate the Communication Behavior Scale for Nurses Caring for People with Dementia(CBS⁃D),and to test its reliability and validity among elderly care workers.Methods:The Brislin model was adopted to conduct literal translation,retranslation and cultural adaptation of CBS⁃D.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version scale were tested among 206 elderly care workers recruited by convenience sampling.Results:The Chinese version of CBS⁃D had 4 dimensions and 18 items.The average of scale level content validity index(S⁃CVI/Ave)was 0.96,and the item level content validity index(I⁃CVI)ranged from 0.80 to 1.00.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model was well⁃fitted.The total Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the Chinese version scale was 0.904,and the Cronbach′sαcoefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.841 to 0.861.The test⁃retest reliability was 0.900.And the half⁃reliability was 0.760.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the CBS⁃D has good reliability and validity,and it can be used as an evaluation tool for the communication behavior of elderly care workers.
