摘  要:影响大体积混凝土承台水化热温度的因素有很多,其中影响较为明显的有冷却水管的直径、材质以及冷却水的入流温度、流速等。为了探究这些因素的对水化热的实际影响,以虎箐丫口特大桥为工程背景,通过有限元模型计算来探究各项因素对该桥承台的影响,结果表明:冷却水管的直径及冷却水的入流温度对水化热影响较大,且呈正相关,但为了考虑其经济性及可行性,选择0.03 m直径及20℃入流温度最佳。冷却水流速、冷却水管的材质及布置方式虽然对水化热温度的影响较小,但选择合理的方案可有助于减小承台内部的温度梯度。研究结果对预应力混凝土刚构桥承台的水化热温控方案具有指导意义。There are many factors that affect the hydration heat temperature of large volume concrete bearing platforms,among which the diameter and material of the cooling water pipes,as well as the inlet temperature and flow rate of the cooling water,have a significant impact.In order to explore the actual impact of these factors on the hydration heat,taking the Huqing Yakou Grand Bridge as the engineer-ing background,the impact of various factors on the bridge cushion cap is explored through finite element model calculation.The results show that the diameter of the cooling water pipe and the inlet temperature of the cooling water have a greater impact on the hydration heat,and are positively correlated.However,in order to consider its economy and feasibility,0.03 m diameter and 20 C inlet temperature are the best choices.Although the flow rate of cooling water,the material and arrangement of cooling water pipes have little impact on the hydra-tion heat temperature,choosing a reasonable plan can help reduce the temperature gradient inside the bearing platform.The research results have guiding significance for the hydration heat temperature control scheme of prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge caps.
