低温环境下桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道混凝土温度效应试验研究

摘　　要：为探明低温环境下CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道混凝土结构的温度效应,制作了1∶4无砟轨道-简支箱梁结构缩尺模型,通过开展低温环境下温度荷载试验,分析了轨道结构的温度分布、结构应力以及纵向位移时程变化规律。试验结果表明:CA砂浆层对温度的竖向传递具有阻滞效应,最不利温度结构出现于轨道板-CA砂浆层间界面,整体温度分布呈“锄形”;纵向方向中间应力值均大于两侧的应力值;轨道结构竖向位移及纵向位移与温度均呈现明显的线性关系;最后指出CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道低温适应性较差,严寒地区应尽量减少该结构类型的采用。In order to find out the temperature effect of CRTS II slab ballastless track in low temperature environment,a scale model of 1:4 ballastless track-simply supported box girder structure was made,and the temperature distribution of track structure was analyzed by carrying out temperature load test in low temperature environment,structural stress and time-history variation of longitudinal displacement.The test results show that the CA mortar layer has a retarding effect on the vertical transfer of temperature,the most unfavorable tempera-ture structure appears at the interface between the track slab and the CA mortar layer,and the overall temperature distribution is"hoe-shaped"The intermediate stress values in the longitudinal direction are all greater than two.The vertical displacement and longitudi-nal displacement of the track structure have obvious linear relationship with the temperature.Finally,it is pointed out that the CRTS II slab ballastless track has poor low temperature adaptability,and the use of this structure type should be minimized in severe cold areas.
