基于SWOT分析的吉林省通化市金厂村更新策略研究

摘　　要：党的十九大首次提出了“乡村振兴”战略。为了实现该战略,本文以吉林省通化市金厂村为例,采用SWOT分析法对金厂村的优势、劣势进行了分析,并针对金厂村更新过程中带来的机会与挑战进行了分析,并建立了SWOT模型,提出相应策略。通过梳理村落空间脉络和优化金厂村的空间和交通布局策略,提升空间可达性,同时,在修缮与重建现有建筑时结合当地文脉,打造绿色活力乡村,并为乡村更新提供了参考。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of"rural revitalization"for the first time.In order to achieve this strategy,this article takes Jinchang Village in Tonghua City,Jilin Province as an example,uses swOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Jinchang Village,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the renewal process of Jinchang Village,and a sWOT model is established,and corresponding strategies are proposed.By sorting out the spatial context of the village and optimizing the space and traffic layout strategy of Jinchang Village,the accessibility of the space is improved.At the same time,when repairing and rebuilding existing buildings,local context is combined to create a green and vibrant countryside,providing reference for rural renewal.
