摘 要:随着外墙外保温系统技术的不断发展和完善,对其性能综合评价也提出了更高的要求。针对现有综合性能评价指标体系相对片面的问题,通过文献调研、专家咨询、经验总结和实地调研,归纳总结出了外墙外保温系统的综合性能评价指标体系,并基于层次分析法建立了综合评价方法,从而得到较为系统的外墙外保温综合性能评价结果,为具体外墙外保温技术的适宜性和优越性评价提供了依据和参考。With the continuous development and improvement of external wall insulation system technology,higher requirements have been put forward for its comprehensive performance evaluation.In view of the relatively one-sided problem of the existing comprehensive performance evaluation index system,through literature research,expert consultation,experience summary and field investigation,the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of external wall insulation system is summarized,and a comprehensive evaluation method is established based on the analytic hierarchy process,so as to obtain a relatively systematic evaluation result of external wall insulation comprehensive performance,which provides the basis and reference for the suitability and superiority evaluation of specific external wall insulation technology.
