摘  要:FMECA方法可有效指导数控机床的可靠性分配,但是分析过程中忽略了决策专家决策随机性和模糊性以及子系统维修性的影响。因此,提出一种改进FMECA与维修性的数控机床可靠性分配方法。在子系统危害性分析过程中,利用云模型定量表示决策专家的评价值,有效解决了决策专家评价过程中随机性和模糊性对评价结果的影响。考虑维修性因素的影响,建立基于云模型的改进RPN方法(C-RPN),实现了数控机床子系统可靠性的合理分配。并通过与传统方法进行对比,说明了所述方法的优势。The FMECA method can effectively guide the reliability allocation of CNC machine tools.But in the analysis process,the influence of the randomness and fuzziness of decision-making experts,and the maintainability of subsystems is ignored.A reliability allocation method based on improved FMECA method and maintainability for CNC machine tools was proposed.In the process of hazard analysis,the cloud model was used to quantitatively represent the evaluation values of decision-making experts,the impact of randomness and fuzziness on the evaluation results was solved effectively.During the analysis process,considering the influence of maintainability,an improved RPN method based on cloud models(C-RPN) was established to achieve reasonable allocation of reliability for the subsystems of CNC machine tool.Finally,the advantages of the proposed method were demonstrated by comparing with traditional methods.
