摘  要:在空间目标日益增多和监视资源有限的背景下,为了寻找合理的空间监视资源调度策略从而提高调度效能,提出了基于层次分析(AHP)-理想点法的空间目标监视资源调度效能评估方法。该方法在编目维持任务场景中,建立了空间目标监视资源调度效能评估指标体系,基于AHP法和理想点法评估编目最大化、重点任务优先、重点目标优先和搜索优先四种策略下的调度效能并进行排序。仿真结果表明,编目最大化策略在编目维持任务场景中实现了调度效能最大化。该方法相比传统的AHP指标综合法更加客观,对实际调度和装备应用具有指导意义。With the increasing number of space targets and the limited monitoring resources,in order to find a reasonable space surveillance resource scheduling method to improve scheduling efficiency,an effectiveness evaluation method of space target surveillance resource scheduling based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-ideal point is proposed.In the scenario of cataloging maintenance tasks,an effectiveness evaluation indicator system of space target monitoring resource scheduling is established by this method.Based on the AHP method and ideal point method,the scheduling efficiency under four strategies of cataloging maximization,priority of key tasks,priority of key targets,and priority of search is evaluated and ranked.The simulation results show that the catalog maximization strategy maximizes the scheduling efficiency in the catalog maintenance task scenario.This method is more objective than the traditional AHP index synthesis method and has guiding significance for practical scheduling and equipment application.
