摘　　要：为解决国内汽车试验场高速跑道曲面沥青无法采用常规设备与施工技术进行施工的问题,以中亚轮胎试验场项目高速跑道曲面为依托,针对曲面沥青混凝土面层施工遇到的采用常规设备无法摊铺、曲面无法碾压成型、曲面摊铺施工时4车道易发生滑料的施工难点,提出了应用曲面摊铺滑料控制技术、曲面摊铺碾压工艺、曲面摊铺设备等解决方案,高速跑道曲面施工完成后各项指标满足设计及测试需求。In order to solve the problem that conventional equipment and construction techniques cannot be used for the construction of asphalt on high-speed runways in domestic automobile test fields,this article takes the high-speed runway surface of the Central Asia Tire Test Field project as a basis.In response to the construction difficulties encountered in the surface layer of asphalt concrete,such as the inability to pave with conventional equipment,the inability to roll the surface into shape,and the easy occurrence of sliding materials in four lanes during surface paving construction,solutions such as surface paving sliding material control technology,surface paving and rolling technology,and the application of surface paving equipment are proposed.After the completion of the surface construction of high-speed runways,various indicators meet the design and testing requirements.
