摘 要:为实现电梯工程的优化与智能化协同管理,采用案例分析方法研究了BIM技术的应用。研究表明,BIM的参数化建模可以实现对电梯设计方案的精确表达和多学科验证,有效避免设备选型错误;信息化管理平台实现了从设计到施工的材料清单和工作面数据的深度集成,确保资源利用效率;同时还可以通过虚拟仿真深入验证施工方案,发现薄弱环节。此外,BIM统一的多源数据集中平台实现了业主、设计、施工、监理等参与方的实时协作,大幅推动决策效率,并可以进行精细化的进度和风险管理,确保工程质量安全。To achieve optimization and intelligent collaborative management of elevator engineering,the application of BIM technology was studied using a case study method.Research has shown that parameterized modeling of BIM can achieve precise expression and multidisciplinary validation of elevator design schemes,effectively avoiding equipment selection errors;The information management platform has achieved deep integration of material lists and work face data from design to construction,ensuring resource utilization efficiency;At the same time,virtual simulation can be used to thoroughly verify the construction plan and identify weak links.In addition,the unified multi-source data centralized platform of BIM enables real-time collaboration among stakeholders such as owners,designers,construction,and supervisors,greatly promoting decision-making efficiency and ensuring engineering quality and safety;And can carry out refined progress and risk management.
