摘 要:以同马大堤望江段为对象,深入分析了高水位情况下堤防的渗流特性。研究首先概述了同马大堤的历史和现状,以及历史上的险情和现有加固措施的效果。接着,聚焦于高水位对堤防稳定性的影响,探讨了渗流机理及其对堤防结构的具体影响。研究方法包括使用实验设备进行渗流特性的实验研究,结合数据分析和理论对比,详细探讨了渗流现象。基于这些研究,提出了渗流控制的理论分析和实践应用,包括案例研究和对策效果评估。最后,研究讨论了高水位情况下的堤防管理和应急响应策略,特别是日常管理和应急措施的有效性评估。研究结果显示,应有效理解和预测高水位下堤防的渗流行为,从而更好地制定堤防加固和应急响应策略。该研究不仅为同马大堤的安全管理提供了重要参考,也对其他地区类似堤防的管理提供了有价值的见解和指导。This study focuses on the Wangjiang section of the Tongma Embankment,aiming to deeply analyze the seepage characteristics of the embankment under high water levels.The study first provides an overview of the history and current situation of the Tongma Embankment,as well as the historical risks and the effectiveness of existing reinforcement measures.Next,the article focuses on the impact of high water levels on the stability of embankments,exploring the seepage mechanism and its specific impact on the structure of embankments.The research methods include using experimental equipment to conduct experimental research on seepage characteristics,combining data analysis and theoretical comparison to explore the seepage phenomenon in detail.Based on these studies,the article proposes a theoretical analysis and practical application of seepage control,including case studies and evaluation of the effectiveness of countermeasures.Finally,the study discussed the management of embankments and emergency response strategies under high water levels,particularly the effectiveness evaluation of daily management and emergency measures.The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to effectively understand and predict the seepage behavior of embankments under high water levels,thereby better formulating embankment reinforcement and emergency response strategies.The conclusion emphasizes that this study not only provides important reference for the safety management of Tongma Embankment,but also provides valuable insights and guidance for the management of similar embankments in other regions.
