摘 要:将氢气以一定比例掺入现有天然气管网进行大规模长距离输送是氢能储运较为高效和经济的方式之一,但是在氢气环境中管线钢会发生氢脆现象,导致管线钢的力学性能发生退化,给管道的安全运行带来隐患。针对不同氢气含量环境条件下管线钢的氢脆行为进行研究,对X52管线钢进行慢应变速率拉伸试验和准静态断裂韧性试验,并结合断口形貌分析掺氢比对管线钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:在管道压力为7.5 MPa,掺氢比为3%、5%、10%的条件下,X52管线钢与无氢环境相比断后总伸长率下降程度小于8%;断口形貌表明在掺氢比小于10%的条件下,以韧性断裂为主,没有典型脆性断口形貌;随着氢气含量的增加X52管线钢的劣化程度增加。Mixing hydrogen into existing natural gas pipelines in a certain proportion for large-scale long-distance transportation is one of the most efficient and economical ways for hydrogen energy storage and transportation.However,in hydrogen environments,pipeline steel may experience hydrogen embrittlement,leading to degradation of its mechanical properties and posing hidden dangers to the safe operation of pipelines.This paper,studies the hydrogen embrittlement behavior of X52 pipeline steel under different hydrogen pressure environment conditions,carries out the slow strain rate tensile testing and quasi-static fracture toughness test of X52 pipeline steel,and analyzes the influence of hydrogen doping ratio on the mechanical properties of pipeline steel in combination with fracture morphology.The results show that the total elongation after fracture of X52 pipeline steel decreases by less than 8%compared to a hydrogen free environment under the conditions of pipeline pressure of 7.5 MPa and hydrogen blending ratios of 3%,5%,and 10%.The fracture morphology shows that the main fracture morphology of the sample is ductile fracture,without typical brittle fracture morphology under the conditions of hydrogen blending ratio less than 10%.The degree of deterioration of X52 pipeline steel would increase with the increase of hydrogen content.
