关于油气田企业碳资产开发的思考

摘　　要：油气田企业生产工艺较为复杂,涉及节能减排领域多,开展自愿减排活动尚处于起步阶段,参与市场碳交易程度较低,碳资产管理体系尚未建立、开发工作规划性不足等因素制约碳资产管理水平提升。在阐述油气田企业碳资产开发重要意义的基础上,介绍了油气田企业碳资产开发流程、潜在开发领域及合作模式,分析了目前碳资产开发存在的问题,并提出相应建议,以期能推动油气田碳资产开发。The production process of oil and gas field enterprises is relatively complex and involves many fields of energy conservation and emission reduction.Such factors as voluntary emission reduction activities are still in the initial stage,the degree of participation in market carbon trading is low,the carbon asset management system has not been established,and the lack of development work planning restrict the improvement of carbon asset management level.The paper expounds the significance of carbon asset development in oil and gas field enterprises,introduces the carbon asset development process,potential development areas,and cooperation mode of oil and gas field enterprises,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions in order to promote the development of carbon assets in oil and gas fields.
