摘 要:为探究ENiCrMo-6合金系焊条中不同含量的铝镁合金对熔敷金属力学性能的影响,在原配方中添加了不同含量的铝镁合金,并对焊接后的试板进行射线探伤、显微组织观察及化学成分、氧含量和力学性能检测。结果显示,3种不同含量铝镁合金焊条焊接后的熔敷金属经射线探伤均合格;三者的显微组织类型差别不大;随着铝镁合金含量的提高,熔敷金属中硅、锰和铬三种元素的相对含量同步提高,但均满足相关标准要求;1.5%含量的铝镁合金熔敷金属出现明显的夹杂物并含有更多的氧含量,同时具备更好的力学性能,尤其是更高的延伸率和断面收缩率。结果表明,适量铝镁合金能促进熔敷金属中夹杂物的形成;在一定范围内,铝镁合金对熔敷金属力学性能中低温冲击韧性影响不大,但可以显著改善塑性。In order to explore the effect of different contents of Al-Mg alloy in ENiCrMo-6 welding rod on the mechanical properties of deposited metal,different contents of Al-Mg alloy were added to the original formula,and X-ray detection,microstructure observation,chemical composition test,oxygen content test and mechanical properties test were carried out on the welded test plate.The results show that all the deposited metals with different contents of Al-Mg alloy welding rod are qualified by X-ray detection.There is little difference in microstructure types among all the deposited metals.The relative contents of Si,Mn and Cr in deposited metals increase with the increase of the content of Al-Mg alloys,but they all meet the requirements of relevant standards.The intermediate content of Al-Mg alloy deposited metal has obvious inclusions and more oxygen content,and has better mechanical properties,especially higher elongation and section shrinkage.The results indicate that the appropriate amount of Al-Mg alloy can promote the formation of inclusions in the deposited metal.In a certain range,Al-Mg alloy has little effect on the low temperature impact toughness of the mechanical properties of deposited metals,but can significantly improve the plasticity.
