摘  要:文章使用宏观检查、微观组织分析、硬度检验等手段分析了某煤电机组锅炉水冷壁泄漏的原因。结果显示该水冷壁失效的原因是其堆焊工艺不规范,使得该处均为过热组织,应力最为集中,受锅炉启停炉和负荷大幅升降的影响,微裂纹快速萌生和扩展,最终发生爆管。最后针对本次事故给出了相应的工作对策和建议。In this paper,the reasons for the leakage of boiler water wall of a coal-fired power unit are analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,microstructure analysis and hardness test.The results show that the failure is caused by the non-standard welding process,resulting in the overheated structure and the most concentrated stress in the area.Affected by the boiler start-up and shutdown and the sharp increase and decrease of load,the microcracks are rapidly initiated and expanded and ultimately leads to the tube burst.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided.
