摘　　要：为解决当前硬压板装置在远方投退、人工巡检等方面存在的问题,文章设计了一种智能硬压板控制器,主要由控制单元和执行机构组成,可实现对硬压板运行状态的远程监测与控制、时钟对时及日志保存,便于及时处理硬压板投退,消除安全运行隐患,为变电站智能化运行提供有力支撑。This paper examines the challenges associated with remote switching and manual inspection of the hard strap device during substation operations,and proposes an intelligent hard strap controller.The controller mainly consists of a control unit and an actuator,realizing remote monitoring and control of the hard strap′s operational status,clock synchronization and log preservation,which facilitates prompt processing of the hard strap′s switching,eliminates potential safety hazards in operation,and provides strong support for intelligent operation of substations.
