摘　　要：变电站二次接线的安装质量与工艺水平直接影响电网的安全运行。为提高二次接线的施工工艺水平,文章针对技能实训过程中二次回路接线存在的问题,研制了一种二次电缆拉直实训辅助教具。该教具可对二次电缆进行高效准确地拉直。通过施工过程的拉力监测,直观地展示电缆拉直过程中受力的变化曲线,帮助学员快速地建立训练手感,提升培训效率和效果。The installation quality and technical level of electrical secondary wiring in substations directly affect the safe operation of the power grid.In order to improve the technical level of secondary wiring,this paper focuses on the problems existing in the training process and develops a secondary cable straightening training aid,which can efficiently and accurately straighten the secondary cable.Through tension monitoring,the force change curve during the cable straightening process is visually displayed,helping the trainees quickly establish training feel and improve training efficiency and effect.
