摘 要:为了更好地评估旋转法兰在高温、高压下的工作状态,在现有压力级别(300~900磅)旋转法兰的基础上,对1 500磅和2 500磅旋转法兰进行结构设计和建模,并对模型强度和刚度进行校核,同时采用ABAQUS软件进行有限元静态力学分析。结果表明:各公称直径下旋转法兰的计算应力均小于许用应力,刚度满足使用要求;压力等级和法兰尺寸对旋转法兰应力分布存在一定影响,1 500磅旋转法兰存在芯套小端高颈以及垫片与法兰盘相接触2个应力集中区域,2 500磅旋转法兰除上述2个应力集中区域外,其芯套台阶处也会产生应力集中;最大应力均出现在芯套小端高颈处,且最大应力小于材料许用应力,设计的高磅级旋转法兰满足使用要求。研究结果进一步丰富了2 500磅旋转法兰结构设计案例,可为高磅级旋转法兰结构设计提供参考。In order to evaluate the working condition of swivel flange under high temperature and high pressure more accurately,based on the swivel flange in existing pressure level(300~900 lb),the structure and model of the 1500 lb and 2500 lb swivel flange were constructed,and the strength and stiffness of the model were checked.Meanwhile,the finite element static mechanical analysis was carried out by using ABAQUS software.The results show that the calculated stress of the swivel flange under each nominal diameter is less than the allowable stress,and the stiffness meets the requirements.The pressure grade and the flange dimension have certain influence on the stress distribution of the swivel flange,and there are two stress concentration areas in the 1500 lb swivel flange,which are the high neck of the small end of the hub and the contact area between the gaskets and the flange;In addition to the above two stress concentration areas,the 2500 lb swivel flange also has stress concentration at the edge of the hub's step.The maximum stress always occurs at the high neck of the small end of the hub,and the maximum stress is less than the allowable stress of the material,so the designed high-pound swivel flange meets the usage requirement.The results of the study further enrich the structural design cases of 2500 lb swivel flange,and provide some reference for the structure design of high-pound swivel flange.
