摘 要:采用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)处理600 mg/L的苯胺废水,并与序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)进行对比。结果表明:两组反应器对苯胺均能达到100%的去除效果,但SBBR的总氮去除效率更高。SBBR的硝化以异养硝化为主,同时也存在一定程度的自养硝化;反硝化过程是外加碳源缺氧反硝化。高通量测序结果表明,SBBR的活性污泥和生物膜能更好地兼容苯胺降解菌群和脱氮功能菌群的生长和发育,从而保证苯胺废水的脱氮。A sequencing batch biofilm reactor(SBBR) was used to treat 600 mg/L aniline wastewater,and was compared with a sequencing batch reactor(SBR).Results showed that both SBBR and SBR could achieve 100% removal of aniline.But SBBR had better removal efficiency of TN.The nitrification process of SBBR was mainly heterotrophic nitrification,and there was also autotrophic nitrification existed.The denitrification was exogenous carbon source-anoxic denitrification.High-throughput sequencing results showed that the activated sludge and biofilm of SBBR was more tolerant for the growth and development of aniline degradation microorganisms and denitrification functional microorganisms,ensuring nitrogen removal from aniline wastewater.
