摘  要:液体钽电容漏液会直接影响到电子设备长期可靠稳定工作,是钽电容应用过程中经常遇到的问题。基于此,从井下仪器电源板液体钽电容漏液失效故障入手,针对液体钽电容的失效原因开展了失效试验、失效检测与失效分析。首先,对试验样品施加周期性环境应力使其暴露故障;然后,通过5个阶段对试验样品进行检测与分析,确定液体钽电容漏液是由于外部应力导致其阳极密封结构有裂纹造成的。最后,针对液体钽电容的安全使用提出了建议。Liquid tantalum capacitor leakage directly affects the long-term reliable and stable operation of electronic equipment,and is often encountered in the application process of tantalum capacitors.Based on this,starting with the leakage failure of liquid tantalum capacitor of the power board of downhole instrument,the failure test,failure detection and failure analysis of the liquid tantalum capacitor is carried out.Firstly,periodic environmental stress is applied to the test samples to expose them to faults.Then,through 5 stages of testing and analysis of the test samples,it is determined that the liquid tantalum capacitor leakage is caused by crack in the anode seal structure caused by external stress.Finally,some suggestions for the safe use of liquid tantalum capacitors are put forward.
