摘 要:针对制冷设备热交换器的失效问题进行了研究。通过打压试验发现样品的下直管与弯管焊接处位置附近存在渗漏;低倍检查看出管内表面遍布大量的不规则孔洞缺陷;电镜观察发现结晶产物;能谱分析看出有腐蚀产物覆盖位置相较无明显腐蚀产物覆盖位置C、 O元素含量都有明显增高[1]。结合样件实际使用情况,综合分析得出热交换器的失效是腐蚀导致的,分析了导致失效的具体原因并给出了应对此类失效情况的建议。The failure problem of heat exchanger of refrigeration equipment is studied.Through the pressure testing,it is found that there is leakage near the welding position of the lower straight pipe and the bent pipe of the sample.A large number of irregular hole defects are found on the inner surface of the tube by low power microscopy.The crystalline products are observed by electron microscope.Energy spectrum analysis shows that the content of C and O elements in the area covered by corrosion products is significantly higher than that in the area without obvious corrosion product coverage.Combined with the actual use of the sample,the comprehensive analysis shows that the failure of the heat exchanger is caused by corrosion,the specific reasons for the failure are analyzed and corresponding suggestions to address such failure situations are provided.
