摘 要:现阶段风电机组负载大幅度增加,使得风电机组火灾事故频发,因此设计了一种基于红外传感器的风电机组智能消防系统。在红外传感器内部加设A/D转换电路,计算消防灭火装置内部填充药剂用量,完成系统硬件的设计。通过分析风电机组运行原理,确定机组的隐患部位,将其作为红外传感器和灭火装置的安装位置。利用红外传感器检测温度与烟雾浓度,判断其是否满足消防程序运行逻辑,以此完成智能消防系统软件设计。通过实验证明,与传统消防系统相比,所设计系统的复燃概率小,响应时间短,实际应用效果好。At the present stage,the load of wind turbines has increased significantly,making wind turbine fire accidents frequent.Therefore,an intelligent fire protection system for wind turbines based on infrared sensors is designed.An A/D conversion circuit is added inside the infrared sensor to calculate the amount of filling agent inside the fire extinguishing device and complete the design of the system hardware.By analyzing the operation principle of the wind turbine generator unit,the hidden danger location of the unit is determined,and it is used as the installation location of the infrared sensor and fire extinguishing device.The infrared sensor is used to detect the temperature and smoke concentration,and judge whether it meets the operation logic of the fire protection program,so as to complete the software design of the intelligent fire protection system.The experiment shows that compared with the traditional fire control system,the designed system has a low re-ignition probability,short response time and good practical application effect.
