摘 要:针对强干扰环境下无线图传的接收端易发生图像马赛克、缺失等问题,文中基于信道编码算法和弱监督网络提出了一种抗电磁干扰无线图传方案。该方案由压缩采样、显著性区域检测、LDPC信道传输三部分组成。压缩采样针对无线信道进行了优化,旨在减小图像传输数据量,显著性区域检测由类激活映射网络和对抗神经网络组成,通过获取图像主体信息保证了图像传输质量。在无线传输过程中,使用LDPC完成编解码,增强了信道抗干扰能力。实验测试结果表明,所提方法的PSNR以及SSIM指标在对比算法中均为最优,而且FPS达到了30帧以上的流畅标准,证明算法模型具有良好的工程应用价值。In order to address the issues of image mosaic and loss at the receiving end of wireless image transmission in strong interference environments,this paper proposes an anti electromagnetic interference wireless image transmission scheme based on channel coding algorithms and weakly supervised networks.This scheme consists of three parts:compressed sampling,saliency region detection,and LDPC channel transmission.Compression sampling has been optimized for wireless channels with the aim of reducing the amount of image transmission data.Significant region detection is composed of a class activation mapping network and an adversarial neural network.By obtaining image subject information,the quality of image transmission is ensured.During wireless transmission,LDPC is used to complete encoding and decoding,enhancing the channel’s anti-interference ability.The experimental test results show that the PSNR and SSIM indicators of the proposed algorithm are both optimal in the comparison algorithm,and the FPS reaches the fluency standard of over 30 frames,proving that the algorithm model has good engineering practical value.
