摘  要:随着新型高速磁悬浮长定子绕组电缆结构和性能的变化,其关键电气特性需要重新研究和确定,以便为产品的设计提供指导依据。本工作基于有限元仿真技术,对新型高速磁悬浮长定子绕组电缆的电场强度和分布、短路电流容量、电容电流容量进行了计算,确定了其在不同运行电压等级、不同外护套体积电阻率、不同接触电阻下的电气特性及变化趋势。结果表明:高速磁悬浮长定子绕组电缆的安全电压等级可以进一步提升,降低外护套的体积电阻率可以在一定程度上提升电缆短路电流容量,但效果较差;高速磁悬浮长定子绕组电缆与“Ω”型夹之间存在0.2Ω的接触电阻,接触电阻会导致电容电流容量降低62%,因此电缆具有良好的接地特性是磁悬浮系统安全运行的重要前提。With changes in structure and performance of new high-speed maglev long stator winding cable,its key electrical characteristics need to be restudied and determined to provide guidance for product design.Based on finite element simulation technology,electric field strength and distribution,short-circuit current capacity,capacitance current capacity of a new high-speed maglev long stator winding cable were studied and calculated.Electrical characteristics and trend of the cable were determined under different operating voltage levels,different outer sheath volume resistivity,and different contact resistance.Results showed that safety voltage level of the high-speed maglev long stator winding cable could be increased to 30 kV.Besides,outer sheath resistivity could improve the short-circuit current capacity to a certain extent.Contact resistance between the cable and the “Ω” clamp was 0.2 Ω,which could reduce capacitance current capacity by 62%.As a result,good grounding characteristics are the important prerequisite for safe operation of the cables.
