摘　　要：通过对海事船籍港管理相关法律渊源进行梳理,分析明确船籍港管理的职责范围、履职基准,提出加强和规范船籍港管理的建议。Based on a review of the legal sources related to the supervision of port of registry of maritime management,this paper analyzes and clarifies the scope of responsibilities and the performance benchmarks of the supervision of port of registry,and further puts forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening and standardizing the port of registry of maritime management.
