摘　　要：近期,新一轮巴以冲突的外溢风险——也门胡塞武装袭击红海船舶引发的红海航线受阻对全球供应链、产业链的稳定构成了威胁,引发全球关注。全球航运面临巴以恩怨不确定和确定的双重考验,国际海运通道畅通是全球经济政治稳定的重要保障,如何防范化解国际海运通道受阻对我国的不利影响,实现“去风险”,对“一带一路”倡议实施、保障发展和安全大局稳定、实现中国式现代化具有重大战略意义。Recently,the spillover risks of the latest IsraeliPalestinian conflict,i.e.the attack by the Houthis on ships in the Red Sea,which has led to the blockage of the Red Sea shipping route,have posed a threat to the stability of global supply chains and industries and have drawn global attention.The global shipping is facing a dual test of uncertain and certain Israeli-Palestinian hostility.To maintain the smooth flow of international maritime transportation is an important guarantee for stable economic and political development in the world.To prevent and resolve the negative impact of international maritime transportation channel blockage on China and achieve "risk reduction" is of strategic significance in implementing the Belt and Road Initiative,ensuring development and stability of the overall security situation and realizing the Chinese path to modernization.
