摘　　要：针对目前我国黑木耳菌包发货环节中体量大、时限短、劳动强度大、效率低、人工费用高等问题,对挂袋培养模式设计下架装筐设备,总结得出黑木耳菌包发货方式是菌包包装作业流水线。菌包通过自动化流水线装包设备装入编织袋,然后摆放在塑料托盘上,利用叉车将托盘放到货车上进行发货。为黑木耳菌包生产企业提供数据参考和设备选型,为黑木耳产业规模的扩大和全程机械化生产提供技术支撑。In view of the problems of large volume,short time limit,high labor intensity,low efficiency and high labor cost in the delivery of black fungus packages in China,this paper designs the rack-loading equipment for the hanging bag culture mode,and concludes that the delivery method of black fungus packages in this paper is the packaging operation line of fungus packages.The bacterial packs are loaded into woven bags by automatic assembly line packaging equipment,and then placed on plastic pallets,and the pallets are placed on trucks for delivery by forklifts.It provides data reference and equipment selection for black fungus package production enterprises,and provides technical support for the expansion of the scale of the black fungus industry and the whole process of mechanized production.
