摘　　要：新能源汽车减速器是指应用于新能源汽车(如电动汽车、混合动力汽车等)中的动力传递装置,用于调节电动机输出转速,并将转矩传递给车轮,从而实现车辆的运动控制和动力传递。通过选择合理的新能源汽车减速器传动方案,对关键部件进行结构设计与选型,然后基于Romax对设计的减速器结构进行性能(疲劳强度、齿轮啮合错位量及传递误差)分析,根据分析结果进行齿轮修形分析,验证修形效果。研究结果旨在为新能源汽车减速器的设计与优化提供参考和指导,促进新能源汽车技术的发展和应用。New energy vehicle reducer refers to the power transmission device applied in new energy vehicles(e.g.electric vehicles,hybrid vehicles,etc.),which is used to regulate the output speed of the electric motor and transfer the torque to the wheels,so as to realize the motion control and power transmission of the vehicle.In this paper,through the selection of a reasonable new energy vehicle gearbox transmission program,structural design and selection of key components,and then based on Romax on the performance of the designed gearbox structure(fatigue strength,gear mesh misalignment and transmission error)to analyze,according to the analysis results of the gear trimming analysis,to verify the effect of trimming.The research in this paper can provide reference and guidance for the design and optimization of new energy vehicle reducer,and promote the development and application of new energy vehicle technology.
