摘  要:秸秆是农业生产中的产出资源,具有显著的回收利用价值,“十四五”期间,我国针对秸秆利用及农业环境保护工作加强政策指导与落实监督,有效促进了秸秆资源有序利用。该文针对秸秆粉碎还田机的机械技术特征及应用情况展开分析,重点分析了典型功能及应用特点,针对应用情况从土壤、水、大气3方面展开了环境友好性评估,强调了生产作业过程兼顾环境保护的重要性,期望更好引导机械化秸秆粉碎还田作业规范实施。Straw is an output resource in agricultural production,with significant recycling value.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,China strengthened policy guidance and implementation supervision for straw utilization and agricultural environmental protection,effectively promoting the orderly utilization of straw resources.This article analyzes and studies the mechanical technical characteristics and application of straw crushing and returning machines,with a focus on typical functions and application characteristics.Environmental friendliness assessments are conducted from three aspects:soil,water,and atmosphere,emphasizing the importance of considering environmental protection during the production process.It is expected to better guide the standardized implementation of mechanized straw crushing and returning operations.
