省域国家体育产业基地集聚与体育产业发展耦合协调研究

摘　　要：该研究运用耦合协调度模型、TOPSIS模型和面板回归模型,对省域国家体育产业基地集聚与体育产业发展耦合协调度及影响因素进行了实证分析。研究显示:(1)省域国家体育产业基地集聚与体育产业发展耦合协调度一般呈正比关系,但也存在集聚程度高而耦合协调度小、集聚程度相同但耦合协调度不同的情形。(2)财政支出对国家体育产业示范基地集聚与体育产业发展耦合协调度的影响显著为正;旅游景区、财政支出和体育行业发展对国家体育产业示范单位集聚与体育产业发展耦合协调度的影响显著为正;体育行业发展和旅游景区对国家体育产业示范项目集聚与体育产业发展耦合协调度的影响显著为正;GDP对3种类型国家体育产业基地集聚与体育产业发展耦合协调度的影响均不显著;年末人口数对3种类型国家体育产业基地集聚与体育产业发展耦合协调度的影响均显著为负。因此,该研究建议应分区域分类型发展国家体育产业基地;加大财政扶持力度;营造浓郁的体育行业发展氛围;增强景区体育旅游开发力度。By using the coupling coordination degree model,TOPSIS model and panel regression model,this study makes an empirical analysis of the coupling coordination degree and influencing factors between the agglomeration of provincial national sports industry bases and the sports industry development.The results shows that:(1)The coupling coordination degree of the national sports industry bases agglomeration and sports industry development is generally proportional,but there are also situations with high degree of agglomeration and small degree of coupling coordination,the same degree of agglomeration but different coupling coordination degree.(2)The influence of fiscal expenditure on the coupling coordination degree between the agglomeration of national sports industry bases and the development of sports industry is significantly positive.The influence of tourist attractions,financial expenditure and sports industry development on the coupling coordination degree is significantly positive.The influence of sports industry development and tourist attractions on the coupling coordination degree is significantly positive.The influence of GDP on the coupling coordination degree of the three types is not significant.The influence of population on the coupling coordination degree of the three types is significantly negative.Therefore,this study suggests that the national sports industry bases should be developed by regions and types,the financial support should be strengthened,the strong atmosphere for the development of sports industry should be created,and the development of sports tourism in scenic spots should be strengthened.
