摘 要:涡旋压缩机工作时,因涡旋盘工作环境及受力较为复杂,其容易产生变形和应力,导致密封性变差和疲劳破坏,影响到涡旋压缩机的工作效率及可靠性。针对这一问题,基于有限元理论,对一种微小型异步式涡旋压缩机进行了数值模拟研究(在多种载荷作用下),分析了其实际工况下的变形应力和疲劳寿命分布规律。首先,分析了异步吸排气涡旋压缩机的构造原理,划分了该涡旋盘的结构化网格,并赋予其材料、连接、约束和载荷等要素,由此建立了该涡旋盘的有限元计算模型;然后,分析了该涡旋盘在气体温度载荷、气体压力载荷、惯性力载荷及多载荷耦合作用下的变形和应力分布规律,并进行了模拟结果的可靠性分析;最后,计算了该涡旋盘在常温常压工况下的疲劳寿命,并研究了其在变载荷工况下的疲劳寿命变化。研究结果表明:温度载荷是引起涡旋盘变形和应力的主要因素;高吸气温度下,涡旋盘疲劳寿命随吸气温度和吸气压力的升高而线性减小,且前者的影响更加明显;低吸气温度下,涡旋盘疲劳寿命在较高的吸气压力下出现迅速下降的趋势。During the work of scroll compressor,due to the complex working environment and force of scroll,deformation and stress are easy to occur on it,resulting in poor sealing and fatigue damage and affecting the work efficiency and reliability of scroll compressor.Aiming at this problem,based on the finite element theory,the numerical simulation of a micro-miniature asynchronous scroll compressor was carried out(under various loads),and the distribution of deformation,stress and fatigue life under actual working conditions was analyzed.Firstly,the construction principle of the asynchronous suction and exhaust scroll compressor was analyzed,the structured mesh of the scroll was divided,and the elements of material,connection,constraint and load were assigned to establish the finite element calculation model of the scroll.Then,the deformation and stress distribution of the scroll under gas temperature load,gas pressure load,inertial force load and multi-load coupling were analyzed respectively,and the reliability of the simulation results was analyzed.Finally,the fatigue life of the scroll under normal temperature and pressure conditions was calculated,and the variation of fatigue life under varying load conditions was studied.The results show that the gas temperature load is the main factor causing the deformation and stress of the scroll.At high suction temperature,the fatigue life of scroll plate decreases linearly with the increase of suction temperature and pressure,and the influence of the former is more obvious.At low suction temperature,the fatigue life of scroll plate decreases rapidly at high suction pressure level.
