摘 要:四辊卷板机弯卷成形工艺可将板材加工为弧形件、筒形件、锥形件以及多边形件等定或变曲率件,该工艺以其高效、灵活、省材和成形精度高等优点而被广泛应用。从工艺方法与流程、工艺过程理论模型及建模影响因素3个方面综述了四辊卷板机弯卷成形工艺。介绍了弯卷成形中非对称式弯卷方法与对称式弯卷方法的工作原理、工艺流程及特点;针对工艺流程中的连续滚弯过程,总结了3类线性滚弯数学模型和非线性滚弯数学模型的特征、适用性和精度等;分析了影响工艺过程建模的材料硬化特性、弯卷道次数和板材卸载回弹3方面因素。最后,探讨了当前研究存在的问题和未来可能的发展方向。The roll-bending process of four-roll plate rolling machines can process the plate into fixed or variable curvature parts such as curved parts,cylindrical parts,conical parts and polygonal parts.This process is widely applied due to its advantages of high efficiency,flexibility,material saving and high forming accuracy.Therefore,the roll-bending process of four-roll plate rolling machines was reviewed from three perspectives:process methods and flow,theoretical models of the process,and influencing factors of establishing the model.Firstly,the working principles,process flows and characteristics of asymmetric and symmetric roll-bending process were introduced.Secondly,for the continuous roll-bending process in the process flow,the characteristics,applicability and accuracy of three types of linear and nonlinear roll-bending mathematical models were summarized.Furthermore,the three factors affecting the modeling of the process were analyzed,including the material hardening characteristics,the roll-bending passes and the unloading springback of plate.Finally,the current research issues and possible future development directions were discussed.
