摘  要:为了获得各工况下扁挤压筒结构的应力状态,校核筒结构是否满足高温高压条件下的工作强度要求,综合考虑扁挤压筒从装配到加压各工作阶段的载荷特点,并根据弹性力学理论厚壁圆筒结构强度计算方法,推导出挤压筒各层结构的应力计算公式,总结了影响扁挤压筒强度的关键因素为内外径比、工作内压、过盈配合系数、材料杨氏模量和温度,并分析了各关键因素在数值计算时的处理方式,采用有限元法对扁挤压筒进行热-结构耦合分析,模拟了5类不同工况下扁挤压筒结构受载后的变形及应力状态,求出结构各层的安全系数,直观显示出结构各部分的安全裕度,为扁挤压筒的制造及优化设计提供了理论支持。In order to obtain the stress states of flat extrusion cylinder structure under various working conditions and verify whether the cylinder structure meets the working strength requirements under high temperature and high pressure conditions,the load characteristics for each work stage of flat extrusion cylinder from assembly to pressurization were considered comprehensively,and according to the strength calculation method of thick-walled cylinder structure based on elastic mechanics theory,the stress calculation formula for each layer structure of extrusion cylinder was derived.Then,the key factors affecting the strength of flat extrusion cylinder were summarized as the ratio of inner to outer diameters,working pressure,interference fit coefficient,Young′s modulus of materials and temperature,and the treatment methods of these key factors in numerical calculation were analyzed.Furthermore,the thermal and structural coupling analysis on the flat extrusion cylinder was carried out by finite element method,and the deformation and stress states of the loaded structure of flat extrusion cylinder under five different conditions were simulated to obtain the safety factor of each layer for the structure,which intuitively displayed the safety margin of each part for the structure and provided the theoretical support for manufacturing and optimization design of flat extrusion cylinder.
