摘  要:为解决LZ91镁锂合金易氧化、焊接困难等问题,制备出接头性能、贴模程度均较好的四层中空结构件,利用超声辅助浸镀铜层的方法,研究了浸镀时间及钎焊温度对接头性能的影响。结果表明:随着浸镀时间和钎焊温度的增加,焊件剪切强度及焊料与母材的结合程度均呈先增后降的趋势,当浸镀时间为2 h、钎焊温度为260℃时,焊件剪切强度最高;依据最佳工艺参数对LZ91镁锂合金板材进行超塑成形,制备芯板和面板并连接,获得的LZ91镁锂合金混合网格四层中空结构件的外观形状良好。有效解决了LZ91镁锂合金在连接过程中易氧化的问题,对LZ91镁锂合金在高性能、轻量化结构件制造方面具有重要的参考意义。In order to solve the problem of easy oxidation and welding difficulties of LZ91 Mg-Li alloy,a four-layer hollow structure component with good joint performance and adhesion degree was prepared,and the influences of dipping time and brazing temperature on the joint performance were studied by means of ultrasonic assisted dipping copper coating method.The results show that with the increasing of dipping time and brazing temperature,the shear strength and bonding degree of solder and base metal increase first and then decrease.When the dipping time is 2 h and the brazing temperature is 260℃,the shear strength of welded parts is the highest.According to the optimal process parameters,the LZ91 Mg-Li alloy plate is conducted by superplastic forming,the core plate and panel are prepared and connected respectively,and the final LZ91 Mg-Li alloy mixed grid four-layer hollow structure components were obtained with good shape.Thus,the experiment effectively solves the problem of easy oxidation for LZ91 Mg-Li alloy during the connection process,which has important reference significance in the manufacture of high performance and lightweight structural components.
