摘 要:针对Cr12MoV钢常规热处理后不能同时具备高硬度和冲击韧性的问题,开展了Cr12MoV钢的真空热处理强韧化研究。以奥氏体化温度、奥氏体化保温时间、气淬压力、低温等温温度以及低温等温时间5个关键工艺参数设计了Cr12MoV钢的真空气淬正交试验,以洛氏硬度和冲击韧性作为材料的强韧性评价指标,利用极差方法分析了热处理工艺参数对Cr12MoV钢材料性能的影响。利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对Cr12MoV钢真空气淬后的微观组织进行了观察,分析了热处理工艺参数对Cr12MoV钢材料微观组织的影响。结果表明:低温等温温度、奥氏体化温度和气淬压力3个工艺参数对Cr12MoV钢真空热处理后的硬度和冲击韧性影响最大,而奥氏体化保温时间影响最小,最终获得了综合性能较好的马氏体/下贝氏体复相组织。For the problem that Cr12MoV steel cannot have high hardness and impact toughness at the same time after conventional heat treatment,the research on the strength and toughness of Cr12MoV steel by vacuum heat treatment was carried out.Then,taking austenitization temperature,austenitization holding time,gas quenching pressure,low-temperature isothermal temperature and low-temperature isothermal time as five key process parameters,the vacuum gas quenching orthogonal experiment of Cr12MoV steel was designed,and taking Rockwell hardness and impact toughness as the strength and toughness evaluation indicators of the material,the influences of heat treatment process parameters on the properties of Cr12MoV material were analyzed by the range method.Furthermore,the microstructure of Cr12MoV steel after vacuum gas quenching was obtained by metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscope,and the influences of heat treatment process parameters on the microstructure of Cr12MoV steel material were analyzed.The results show that the three process parameters of low-temperature isothermal temperature,austenitizing temperature and gas quenching pressure have the greatest impact on the hardness and impact toughness of Cr12MoV steel after vacuum heat treatment,and the austenitizing holding time has the least effect.Finally,the martensite/lower bainite duplex structure with good comprehensive properties is obtained.
