摘 要:[目的]阐明红棕象甲对椰子芯叶挥发物E,E-2,4-壬二烯醛和反式-2-壬醛的行为学反应。[方法]采用室内生物测定法,研究了红棕象甲室内饲养个体和田间野生个体对椰子芯叶2种挥发物的室内选择行为,并分析了椰子挥发物处理对红棕象甲雌虫刺探、产卵的影响。[结果](1)经E,E-2,4-壬二烯醛处理后,室内饲养的雄虫对其产生显著正偏好;在经反式-2-壬醛处理后,室内饲养的雌虫和雄虫均对挥发物处理组表现出显著正偏好。(2)采用E,E-2,4-壬二烯醛处理后,室内饲养的雌虫对处理组椰皮的刺探数量显著高于对照组。(3)经E,E-2,4-壬二烯醛处理后,所有试虫的单雌产卵量和刺探成功产卵率,与对照相比均未达到显著差异水平。而经反式-2-壬醛处理后,室内饲养的红棕象甲雌虫对椰皮的产卵选择偏好显著高于对照处理组,且刺探产卵成功率与对照相比达到了极显著水平。(4)在对反式-2-壬醛和E,E-2,4-壬二烯醛处理的竞争选择结果中,室内饲养和田间诱捕的红棕象甲在行为选择、刺探及产卵中均未表现出显著差异。[结论]不同红棕象甲种群对椰子芯叶挥发物E,E-2,4-壬二烯醛和反式-2-壬醛的趋向偏好存在差异,并影响后期的刺探和产卵成功率,同时红棕象甲对这2种挥发物的竞争选择无差异。[Objective]The objective of this study was to elucidate the behavioral responses of Rhynchophorus ferrugineus to the volatile compounds E,E-2,4-nonadienal and trans-2-nonenal from coconut core leaves.[Methods]Using indoor bioassay meth-ods,we investigated the selection behavior of R.ferrugineus individuals reared in the laboratory and wild individuals from the field in response to two volatiles from coconut core leaves,and analyzed the effects of coconut volatiles on probing and oviposi-tion by female red palm weevils.[Results](1)After treatment with E,E-2,4-nonadienal,laboratory-reared males showed a sig-nificant positive preference;After treatment with trans-2-nonenal,both females and males exhibited significant positive prefer-ence towards the volatile-treated group.(2)After treatment with E,E-2,4-nonadienal,laboratory-reared females showed signif-icantly higher probing numbers on the treated coconut peels compared to the control group.(3)After treatment with E,E-2,4-nonadienal,there were no significant differences in the single-female oviposition amount and successful oviposition rate among all tested insects compared to the control.In contrast,after treatment with trans-2-nonenal,laboratory-reared females showed significantly higher preference for oviposition on coconut peels than the control group,and the probing oviposition success rate reached a highly significant level compared to the control.(4)In the competitive selection results for trans-2-nonenal and E,E-2,4-nonadienal treatments,laboratory-reared and field-trapped red palm weevils did not show significant differences in behavior-al selection,probing,and oviposition.[Conclusion]There were differences in the directional preference of different R.ferrugin-eus populations towards volatile compounds E,E-2,4-nonadienal and trans-2-nonenal from coconut palm core leaves,which al-so affected the later probing and oviposition success rates.Meanwhile,there was no difference in the competitive selection of red palm weevils for these two volatile compounds.
