云南省生猪养殖规模化选择分析及建议

摘　　要：云南省位于我国西南地区,是我国生猪养殖的潜力增长区。随着生猪养殖行业的蓬勃发展,各地区生猪养殖业规模化进程不可逆转。因此,在当前生猪养殖现状下,研究何种规模的养殖模式更能够带来预期经济利益对云南省生猪养殖端具有重要指导意义。本研究在云南省散户、小中大规模生猪养殖成本效益分析的基础上,选取2010~2021年相关指标数据,运用灰色局势决策法进一步测度其小、中、大规模生猪养殖的综合效益。结果表明,中等规模的生猪养殖模式更适于云南生猪养殖端的发展。由于指标选取具有局限性,因此本研究在建议适度规模经营的基础上,从集体经济、生猪良种扩繁、生猪疫病防控、绿色生态养殖、合作模式、产业化经营等方面提出相关建议,以助力云南生猪产业持续、健康、有序发展。Yunnan Province is located in China's southwest region,which is the potential growth area of pig breeding.With the vigorous development of the whole pig breeding industry,the large-scale process of pig breeding in various regions is irreversible.Therefore,under the current situation of pig breeding,it is of great guiding significance to study which scale breeding mode is more sufficient to bring expected economic benefits for the pig production industry in Yunnan Province.Based on the study of the cost and benefit of retail and small,medium and large scale pig breeding in Yunnan Province,this paper selects relevant index data from 2010 to 2021,and uses grey situation decision method to further measure the comprehensive benefit of small,medium and large scale pig breeding.The results show that the medium scale pig breeding model is more suitable for the development of Yunnan pig production industry.Due to the limitations in the selection of indicators,based on the suggestion of moderate scale management,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of collective economy,pig breeding and propagation,pig disease prevention and control,green ecological breeding,cooperation mode,industrial management,etc.,so as to help the sustainable,healthy and orderly development of Yunnan pig industry.
