摘　　要：青岛四方路历史文化街区作为德租界时期里院建筑的主要分布区,不仅是青岛历史的组成部分,也是青岛在近现代的城市名片。随着城市经济的快速发展,街区已经无法满足居民对现代生活的需求,但其本身承载着特殊历史时期的文化,对其再利用需要更加严谨。通过对历史文化街区进行价值评价,可以更加科学地对后续的保护与再利用研究提供理论支撑。文章对四方路历史文化街区既有建筑与社会文化价值进行评价,并以此为理论支撑对其再利用进行思考。Sifang Road Historical and Cultural Block in Qingdao is the main area where Liyuan buildings constructed in the German Concession period are distributed.It is not only a part of Qingdao's history but also a name card of Qingdao in modern times.With rapid economic growth in cities,blocks can no longer satisfy residents'demands for modern life.However,they carry culture in special periods of history;and reuse of such blocks should be prudent enough.Through assessment of the values of the historical and cultural blocks,it is much more likely to provide theoretical support for more scientific subsequent studies on their protection and reuse.In this study,the existing buildings and social and cultural values of the Sifang Road Historical and Cultural Block were evaluated.Then,corresponding evaluation results were selected as the theoretical support for reflecting on the reuse of the block.
