摘  要:目前研究轴承的微极性流体润滑时,一般不考虑轴承表面粗糙度的影响。为处理重载工况下的轴承润滑需要建立综合考虑表面粗糙度和微极性流体综合影响的数学模型。基于平均流量法推导了适用于任意三维粗糙表面轴承的广义平均Reynolds方程。应用此方程分析了不同综合粗糙度均方根和表面方向参数下轴承的无量纲最大平均油膜压力随偏心率、无量纲微极流体特征长度和耦合系数的变化。结果表明,轴承的综合粗糙度均方根参数与无量纲微极流体特征长度和耦合系数具有很强的耦合特性。随着无量纲微极流体特征长度的减小或者耦合系数的增大,轴承的综合粗糙度均方根值越大,轴承的无量纲最大平均油膜压力越大。而且轴承的表面方向参数也具有类似的特性。提出的广义平均Reynolds方程是对现有微极流体润滑理论的补充,可以方便地用于任意三位粗糙表面轴承的微极流体润滑分析。此外,提出的广义平均Reynolds方程不仅适用于流体动力润滑领域的径向滑动轴承和推力轴承等摩擦副,而且也适用于混合润滑领域的活塞环-缸套等摩擦副。The influence of surface roughness is generally not considered when the micropolar fluid lubrication of bearings is studied.To deal with bearing lubrication under heavy load conditions.Establishing a mathematical model that comprehensively considers the combined effects of surface roughness and micropolar fluid is necessary.The generalized average Reynolds equation for any three-dimensional rough surface bearing is derived based on the average flow method.The variation of dimensionless maximum average film pressure with eccentricity ratio,dimensionless micropolar fluid characteristic length,and coupling coefficient under different combined roughness root mean square and surface pattern parameters are analyzed.The results show that the combined roughness root mean square parameter has strong coupling characteristics with the dimensionless characteristic length and coupling coefficient of the micropolar fluid.With the decrease of the dimensionless characteristic length of the micropolar fluid or the increase of the coupling coefficient,the larger the root mean square value of the combined roughness of the bearing,the larger the dimensionless maximum average film pressure of the bearing.And the surface pattern parameters also have similar characteristics.The proposed generalized average Reynolds equation supplements the existing micropolar fluid lubrication theory.It can be conveniently used for the micropolar fluid lubrication analysis of any three-dimensional rough surface bearing.In addition,the proposed generalized average Reynolds equation applies not only to the friction pairs such as journal bearing and thrust bearing in the field of hydrodynamic lubrication but also to the friction pair such as piston ring-cylinder in the field of mixed lubrication.
