逆行置入悬挂钢丝的抗生素骨水泥棒联合Msqueter技术治疗胫骨髓内钉术后髓内感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析逆行置入悬挂钢丝的抗生素骨水泥棒联合Msqueter技术治疗胫骨髓内钉术后髓内感染的临床效果。方法:选取临沂市中心医院2020年12月—2022年12月收治的胫骨髓内钉术后髓内感染患者60例,按照不同的治疗方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用逆行置入悬挂钢丝的抗生素骨水泥棒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用Msqueter技术治疗。比较两组患者感染控制率、骨愈合时间,以及肢体功能恢复情况。结果:观察组患者的感染控制率高于对照组,骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组肢体功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:逆行置入悬挂钢丝的抗生素骨水泥棒联合Msqueter技术治疗胫骨髓内钉术后髓内感染,可提高感染控制率,改善肢体功能,缩短骨愈合时间。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of retrograde placement of antibiotic bone cement rods with suspended wires combined with Msqueter technique in the treatment of intramedullary infection after tibial intramedullary nailing.Methods:Sixty patients with intramedullary infection after tibial intramedullary nailing admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty cases each according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with antibiotic bone cement rods with retrograde placement of suspended wires,and the observation group was treated with Msqueter technique on the basis of the control group.The infection control rate,bone healing time,and limb function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The infection control rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the fracture healing time was shorter than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);at 6 months of follow-up,the excellent rate of limb function recovery in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Retrograde placement of antibiotic bone cement rods with suspended wires combined with the Msqueter technique for the treatment of intramedullary infection after tibial intramedullary nailing can increase the infection control rate,improve the limb function,and shorten the bone healing time.
