渐进性皮瓣转移技术联合改良Devine术治疗小儿隐匿阴茎临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨渐进性皮瓣转移术联合改良Devine术在小儿隐匿阴茎治疗中的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年12月东莞市黄江医院收治的隐匿阴茎患儿68例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组采用改良Devine术结合渐进性皮瓣转移术治疗,对照组采用改良Devine术治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果:两组患儿术中出血量、手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组水肿时间短于对照组,阴茎延长长度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:渐进性皮瓣转移技术联合改良Devine术治疗隐匿阴茎患儿疗效显著,能够及早改善临床症状及水肿,治疗满意度高,并发症发生率低。Objective:To investigate the effect of progressive flap transfer combined with modified Devine procedure in the treatment of pediatric hidden penis.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of children with hidden penis admitted to Dongguan Huangjiang Hospital from August 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,each with thirty-four cases,using the method of randomized numerical table.The observation group was treated with modified Devine procedure combined with progressive flap transfer,and the control group was treated with modified Devine procedure.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparison of intraoperative bleeding and operation time between the two groups of children,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the edema time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the length of penile extension was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the score of surgical satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.003);compared with the control group,the complication rate was lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of progressive flap transfer technique combined with modified Devine procedure in the treatment of children with hidden penis is remarkable,which can improve the clinical symptoms and edema at an early stage,and the treatment satisfaction is high and the complication rate is low.
